The Blue Planet
Made with: Bryce 4.0
This was one of my first tinkerings with Bryce - rendered in less than 3 minutes. For a first work, I think it turned out pretty good. |
 |
Torus Mountain
Made with: Bryce 4.0
This was an attempt at dramatic flair. I was learning about using texture maps and how to compose a scene. |

Water...in a new dimension
Made with: Bryce 4.0
One of my first experimentations with Boolean objects. The cube was made by pushing negative spheres into a positive cube. The 'hole' in the ocean was a negative terrain pushed into a positive water plane. |

Night Energy Towers
Made with: Bryce 4.0
Fountains of energy shooting up at the night sky. No one knows where it goes, or where it comes from...but they've been there a long long time. |
 |
The Night Pearl
Made with: Bryce 4.0
This one kinda reminds me of an 80's album cover, possibly one of those Pink Floyd moments that I was going through. |
 |
Night Ocean Portal
Made with: Bryce 4.0
This one I've received a lot of compliments on, and it's one of my personal favorites. I've put this design on some of my T-shirts at my cyber-store as well (yeah..a shameless plug, but oh well). |

Rainbow Portal to the Stars
Made with: Bryce 4.01
More torii than you can shake a stick at! Maybe it's where Life Savers go when they pass from this existence? |
 |
Star Gate
Made with: Bryce 4.01
This is actually the first frame of an animation I used to have where the purple ring would spin around the golden globe on the water. |
 |
The Water Spirit
Made with: Bryce 4.01 & Poser 4.0
This was my first attempt at exporting a figure from Poser into Bryce. My only mistake was I exported as a .dxf file, which lost all the texture maps and made the figure really faceted, so I just draped a water texture on him. |

Super Pac-Man 2000!
Made with: Bryce 4.01
News flash! Pac-Man has been seein flying over the ocean, still gobbling power pellets! One small error on this one...the island is hovering over the water! OOPS! |
 |
Sky Tubes
Made with: Bryce 4.0
A surrealistic landscape to be sure, but effective. It was kind of an attempt at objective abstract. Not too shabby though. |
 |
U.S.S. Zoren: maiden voyage
Made with: Bryce 4.01
This one was a BEAR to create. The ship was made entirely out of primitive objects linked together, and the engine rocket flames were cylinders with a flame texture map wrapped around them for effect. |

The Borg Invade Hong Kong!
Made with: 3D Studio MAX R3
Yep..I'm a Star Trek fan, all right! I took the background of Hong Kong, and overlaid 3 cubes after which I wrapped metallic texture-maps onto. Presto! Instant Borg ships! |
